Intergenerational Communication Conflict in the Workplace
Do you know how many different generations are in your workplace? Do you realize that each of these groups communicate in a slightly different manner? As older workers are remaining in the workforce longer than before, our workplaces are multi-generational. This timely discussion of intergenerational communication demonstrates how these generations do not share the same expectations and choose to communication in very different ways.
