Understanding how to change Communication from Harassment to Empowerment

Why was that comment offensive?  Times change, and with these changes so must communication.  What leaders and managers said in the workplace of the 1960s and 1970s may not be appropriate for the workplace of the 2010s and more so as we move into the 2020s.  Understanding that this change is difficult and not all agree that it is offensive, it is important to make these changes to our vocabulary,  This seminar will discuss how meanings have changed and how to take other receiver’s perceptive in mind when communicating with colleagues.
